1. One-Click Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Ergenekon Dostu subscription at any time with a single click from the management panel under My Account > My Membership. You do not need to fill out a form, send an email, make a phone call, or provide a reason.
Once you confirm cancellation, future renewal charges are stopped immediately and all of your Ergenekon Dostu benefits remain active until the final day of your current paid billing period.
2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under your distance subscription agreement, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You can easily submit a withdrawal request via My Account > Rights and Requests or by emailing [email protected] from your account email address.
3. Refund Process and Billing Corrections
Approved withdrawal and refund requests, as well as any erroneous or duplicate charges, are refunded in full to the credit or debit card used for payment within the statutory timeframe. Depending on your bank’s processing schedule, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
