Distance Subscription Service Agreement

1. Parties and Subject Matter

This agreement is concluded electronically between the service provider MISTIKIST LTD (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom · Company No: 15705777 · [email protected]) and the reader account holder initiating a subscription on Yeniden Ergenekon (the Buyer). Its subject matter is the provision of the monthly or annual Ergenekon Dostu digital subscription selected by the Buyer and the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations.

2. Formation of the Agreement

The Buyer reviews the selected subscription plan, total fee, renewal cycle, and pre-contractual information on the checkout page and approves this agreement. Upon payment verification, the subscription service is activated immediately on the Buyer’s account.

3. Subscription Fee and Automatic Renewal

The service fee is 99 TL/month for the monthly plan and 990 TL/year for the annual plan. In accordance with the Buyer’s explicit confirmation on the checkout page, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the applicable plan rate unless cancelled beforehand. Any future price changes are notified in advance prior to the next billing cycle and never apply retroactively to an already paid period.

4. Scope and Performance of Service

Reading the general article archive is free. The Ergenekon Dostu subscription provides full-text access to special research dossiers, personal archival downloads of all published and newly added research dossier PDFs during the subscription period, translation, audio narration, and instant article summary tools across 19 languages and Turkic dialects, unlimited bookmarks, cross-device reading progress synchronization, the supporter badge (Berat Emblem), and 100 Archive Sage research questions per day.

The service is delivered continuously throughout the paid subscription period. Downloaded PDF dossiers are for personal reading and archiving only and may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed to third parties.

5. Account Management and One-Click Cancellation

The Buyer may view their subscription status, payment method, and invoices under My Account > My Membership and stop the next renewal at any time with a single click without stating a reason or requiring support approval. When cancelled for the end of the period, the Buyer’s access remains active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

The Buyer may exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws via My Account > Rights and Requests or by emailing [email protected]. In cases of valid withdrawal, duplicate charges, or technical service failure, the collected amount is refunded to the Buyer’s original payment instrument within the statutory timeframe without any additional fee.

7. Personal Data, Disputes, and Contract Archive

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and KVKK Data Protection Notice. The agreement and pre-contractual information accepted at the time of order are archived with their version and timestamp and may be accessed and downloaded from the Buyer’s account. Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and mandatory consumer protection authorities in the Buyer’s jurisdiction have authority over disputes.
